I've never danced on a single one of my 1000+ videos, many of which have reached 100s of 1000s, and even Millions of viewers.

Again, you CAN, but I don't. 

I make the same kind of content that I always have, just chopped down into the smallest consumable bites possible for the audience.

Jumping on Trends really requires you have to have a finger on the pulse of what's working for others.

I just don't have that amount of time to be watching everyone else.

Never say never, and always be willing to leave your comfort zone to grow and learn. 

BUT, if you like things comfy, and you're super good at anything, simply sharing that with the world is more than enough without following trends.

I would say, practice, patience, and hard work... but you might accidentally have a video get millions of views.

The world of Short Form video is changing and moving FAST! 

Another important note is that "Viral" to you might mean 10,000 views, and to another creator, it could mean 10M. 

Learn to create videos that people want to watch, and keep posting. You'll very likely experience whatever "going viral" means to you.

Just a phone. What works is content, not gear. 

You CAN get a better mic, but you don't need that to start.

You CAN spend money on a fancy camera, but that won't get you views on it's own.

No more than buying new shoes will make you run faster, or jump higher, gear will not MAKE you better.

Start with what you have, and over time, you'll find what will actually help if you upgrade.

Just because he has the most expensive setup and the best brands, doesn't mean the kid at the skatepark knows how to use his skateboard.

Just start, everything else comes after that.
